AMAZON’S NEW 4K FIRE TV STICKS: ENHANCED WITH GENERATIVE AI

During the Amazon Fall Event 2023, Amazon unveiled a series of new smart devices, including the "Fire TV Stick 4K" and " Fire TV Stick 4K Max" enhanced with generative AI to improve voice interaction with Alexa.

This new technology allows for more natural and conversational interaction with the virtual assistant, enabling users to perform more complex voice searches on movies and TV shows.

Alexa will be able to find content based on specific actors, directors, genres or titles, and suggest programs in the recommended section of Fire TV.

In addition to this, Amazon announced that the " Keep Watching" feature will also include titles from third-party platforms such as Disney+, Freevee, MAX, MGM+, STARZ, and Tubes.

These new features will be available in the United States by the end of the year.

On the hardware front, the new Fire TV Stick 4K supports WIFI 6 and features a 1.7 GHz quad-core chip. providing 30 percent faster speed than the previous model, with a price tag of €69.99.

The stick offers Ultra HD resolution and supports Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, HDR, HLG and HDR10+.

In addition, thanks to Alexa Home Theater, you can wirelessly connect Echo devices as additional speakers.

THE Fire TV Stick 4K MAX, sold for 74.99 euros, supports WIFI 6E, has 16 GB of storage, a 2.0 GHz quad-core processor, and an Alexa Enhanced Edition voice remote control.

Amazon also launched a new 24-inch Fire TV soundbar, priced at $119.99, with DTS Virtual: X and Dolby Audio support.

The new 4K Fire TV Sticks with AI are already available from Amazon Italy, while the soundbar may be sold only in the United States.
