  #Zoom has announced a #strategic #partnership with #Anthropic to integrate the latter's #generative #AI #model, #Claude, into its Contact Center portfolio. As part of the collaboration, Zoom has made an investment in Anthropic, but the terms and amount were not disclosed. Claude is a "constitutional AI" model that tracks values like "nontoxicity" and "helpfulness" to avoid AI hallucination and the use of AI to perform harmful acts. The integration of Claude into Zoom's Contact Center portfolio is expected to assist call center workers in understanding a caller's intent by providing helpful information quickly. Zoom's in-house AI models and customers' AI models can also be incorporated, offering an additional layer of flexibility.
