DeepSpeed Chat: open source from Microsoft

#Microsoft released today #DeepSpeed #Chat, a new #open-source solution that provides more affordable and easier access to conversational #AI for #developers. It is based on the DeepSpeed optimization library that Microsoft developed to train massive language models like #MT-530B and #BLOOM. DeepSpeed Chat aims to offer #ChatGPT like AI to everyone. It allows users to train billions or trillions of parameters with excellent system throughput and efficiently scale to thousands of GPUs.
