NVIDIA Set to Revolutionize Gaming with AI GPUs at CES 2025: Advances Expected in DLSS, Neural Rendering, and Ray Tracing
Isabella V17 December 2024

At CES 2025, NVIDIA is preparing to unveil the RTX 50 "Blackwell" GPUs, introducing advanced AI-based technologies. Focus on neural rendering, improved DLSS, advanced ray tracing and optimized power efficiency. Innovations aimed at redefining gaming and content creation.

Key points:

  • Neural Rendering: Breakthrough technology for graphics processing.
  • Advanced DLSS: AI super sampling with higher frame rates and higher quality.
  • Improved Ray Tracing: Enhanced realism in lights, shadows and reflections.
  • AI and Energy Efficiency: Intelligent optimization for reduced power consumption and advanced thermal management.

NVIDIA is preparing to mark a new chapter in the history of GPUs with the introduction of cutting-edge features in the field of AI. The exceptional setting will be CES 2025, where the company, an undisputed leader in the sector, is expected to debut the GeForce RTX 50 “Blackwell” series. According to previews provided by the partner Inno3D, the technological giant will introduce innovations focused on improving graphics performance and integrating AI for unprecedented visual and operational experiences. Among the most anticipated technologies, Neural Rendering stands out, an innovative method that promises to radically transform the management and visualization of graphics, bringing gaming to new levels of fluidity and detail. It will be accompanied by the evolution of Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS), which will allow a significant increase in the frame rate while maintaining extremely detailed image quality thanks to the use of neural networks. Ray Tracing will also undergo a substantial boost with next-generation RT cores, capable of rendering lighting, reflections and shadows with even more extraordinary realism.

In parallel, NVIDIA will present advanced AI-based upscaling solutions, designed not only for gamers but also for content creators, enabling qualitative improvements in video scalability and multimedia projects. Great attention will be given to energy efficiency: thanks to sophisticated AI algorithms, GPUs will optimize consumption and thermal management, ensuring exceptional performance with an eye on sustainability. Inno3D, which was the first to reveal its future plans, will also present a new range of customized graphics cards, including the iCHILL Frostbite, iCHILL X3 and compact Small Form Factor (SFF) variants, designed to offer maximum performance in different configurations.

No less interesting is the acceleration of generative AI applications, with optimizations aimed at meeting the growing needs of the AI-based content creation market. This evolution is part of a landscape in which AI is becoming the driving force for both gaming and creative industries, pushing hardware to integrate increasingly advanced computational capabilities.

With CES 2025 opening its doors on January 6, all eyes will be on the NVIDIA keynote, where these and other innovations that could redefine the entire gaming and graphics ecosystem will be unveiled.
