  #French #cybersecurity specialist #ITrust has been acquired by the #Iliad Group, which has purchased a majority stake in the company. Over the past 15 years, ITrust has developed a unique cybersecurity solution based on #AI, winning the trust of over 400 clients worldwide, including six of France's CAC 40 companies. The firm's quality and #reliability of #services are critical, given that some clients operate in sensitive domains and environments such as the French #Ministry of #Defense and several hospital groups. The acquisition will allow Free Pro, the #B2B subsidiary of the Iliad Group, to launch Cyber XPR, a cybersecurity offering that combines ultra-effective protection, easy installation and use, and transparent and affordable pricing. #Cyber #XPR uses ITrust's innovative solution to offer unique threat detection capabilities that can identify malware in just a few hours, compared with the average detection time of nine months. The incident alerts following a detection are generated automatically, along with a description of the action to be taken. The flat-rate pricing structure of Cyber XPR makes it affordable for SMEs and micro-businesses. For instance, protecting five workstations for a micro-business costs only €60 per month, while saving 20 workstations for an SME costs €400 per month. The Cyber XPR proprietary solution is the only fully sovereign cybersecurity platform in the French market, designed and developed in France in partnership with the largest French research laboratories and certified by France's National Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI). With the acquisition of ITrust, the Iliad Group is poised to compete with American cybersecurity solutions from Microsoft, IBM, and Splunk.
