Ant Group unveiled during the INCLUSION-2024 conference on the Bund in Shanghai the Zhixiaobao app, an AI assistant integrated into Alipay’s digital ecosystem. The app simplifies access to everyday services through voice or text interactions, alongside other innovative AI products designed to enhance accessibility and efficiency of services for industries and consumers.

At the INCLUSION-2024 conference on the Bund in Shanghai, Ant Group launched Zhixiaobao, an AI-based mobile application that aims to simplify daily interactions between users and digital services, seamlessly integrating with the Alipay ecosystem. Zhixiaobao, designed using the BaiLing artificial intelligence model, is now available on iOS and Android platforms, offering users a personal assistant that facilitates operations such as ordering meals, booking cabs and buying tickets. The app provides direct access to numerous services, thanks to its ability to interact through both typing and voice commands. In addition, Zhixiaobao features specialized AI agents, such as the English-speaking tutor and fitness expert, who can provide personalized suggestions and plans based on the user’s needs.

In parallel, Ant Group unveiled an AI agent development platform, intended to revolutionize the way merchants create and manage personalized service agents. This platform, designed as an all-in-one solution, allows AI agents to be developed and implemented in Alipay mini-programs without the need for coding skills, enabling smooth integration into the Zhixiaobao application and into Alipay. Among the new features presented at the conference was the AI Healthcare Manager, a platform that connects users to a wide range of healthcare services. With the support of renowned service providers such as Renji Hospital in Shanghai, this solution enables personalized medical consultations, interpretations of test results, and treatment recommendations.

Ant Group also introduced Ant Bridge, an open platform designed to improve customer service for insurance companies through the use of advanced AI models. This solution enables insurers to offer personalized responses in real time, increasing operational efficiency and improving overall service quality. The unveiling of these new tools is part of a broader strategy by Ant Group, which introduced the BaiLing model in 2023 with the goal of applying artificial intelligence to a wide range of scenarios, improving access to digital services for hundreds of millions of users. Through an approach that combines technological innovation and practicality, Ant Group continues to promote the adoption of inclusive digital solutions capable of supporting the transformation of the service industry.
